I’ve not used firebase before, so did a little research, so firebase looks to be an application development framework, with a NoSQL style database backend, and mobile or web frontends.
So in order for us to guide you which libraries will be useful we need to know what you are wanting to test?
But as some general ideas:
- reading and writing directly to a firebase NoSQL style database, HTTP RequestsLibrary (Python) or RESTinstance will probably be useful for dealing with the JSON calls directly (back end / api testing)
- testing a web front end with a web browser SeleniumLibrary or Browser Library are probably what your after
- testing a mobile app front end then AppiumLibrary is probably what you want
At the end of the day, to get full coverage of you application you may want several of these libraries, but hopefully this gives you a good starting point.
