RF test log has all executed tests displayed by tag. IS it possible to change this to the name of the Test cases?

Not sure what you are trying to achieve here? The test statistics section is a summary of the test results, i.e. so this section shows the number of test cases that passed/failed for each tag.
If you changed this to show the name of the Test cases, then you’d have a line for every test and the result would always be either 1 pass or 1 fail, so it wouldn’t be a summary anymore, it would become a test detail (which you already have below in the “Test Execution Log”.
Perhaps you can take a screen shot of what you are currently getting and then beside it show a mock up of what you were wanting to display. Then It might be clearer what you are asking.
