While running in command line can tag and iteration both together be executed

It’s not clear what your asking? As far as I’m aware, Robot Framework doesn’t have a concept if “Iteration” and tags are used to filer which test cases to include / exclude.
Please try to explain in more detail what you are wanting so we can try to help you.
