Problems occurred during library specification generation: Unable to communicate with XML-RPC server

I am using Oxygen version eclipse with RobotFrame work 3.2.2, Python 3.7.6 with PIP 21.3…
But When I am trying to reload the libraries (ex: Image horizon, Customized Xlsx library, RPAFRAMEWORK.Excel ) I am getting XML-RPC Error…

Same time not able to open Market place in my Eclipse…

As Red editor can be applied with Oxygen Level Eclipse - I am not updating any thing in my system…

Please provide solution to XML- RPC issue

Hi,
the issue may be the RFW version (it can be upgraded by a library installation).
see in red.xml
uninstall robot and install the correct version 3.2.2 + clean all projects in eclipse.
