Colors of Robot pass further to Azure pipeline

How can I pass the colors of the | PASS | = green and fail passthrough to the Azure pipeline results?

Azure pipeline is black/white

In VisualStudioCode the colors of the results show RED resp. GREEN . How can we pass those colors on… so they are visible in the results of Azure pipeline?
