The combination seems a bit odd. What would you like to achieve with such an integration?
You can manage robot framework source code on GitHub, and you can develop robot framework automation with RIDE. RIDE and GitHub are unrelated, though.

There is a Tortoise SVN plugin for RIDE, but I don’t even know if it would be compatible with newer RIDE. That plugin is of course only for Windows. These days there is a Tortoise GIT, which I do like to use. Maybe we could adapt the plugin for the new features. Anyway, the workflow is just to reproduce via menu options, the same commands Tortoise has.
I have plans to do a plugin for GIT, but just in the wish list stage :).
