In my travels i’ve not seen any robot framework libraries for these.
However robot framework lets you create your own keywords in python and there are python modules for those protocols, so I suggest you look at creating test libraries for how to do this.
If you create a useful library of generic keywords for testing these interfaces please consider sharing them, robot framework open source so only gets better if contribute.
