Is there option of config file with robot framework? Currently I am keeping url and browser in csv file. Is this the only way to do that or there is some better option available?

There’s no right/wrong answer, it depends on your requirements and needs.
The simplest way is to use the Variable section of your robot file, but you can also use Variable files.
