I’m looking for some list of the available user groups (my interest is specially in Germany 
), but up to now I have not found any. The only references are some posted documents. If this does not exist, doesn’t it make sense to maintain such?

I think the best place to look/ask might be #rf-de on Robot Framework’s slack:
When I had a peek in there I saw some announcements for meetups but I don’t speak German so didn’t really understand the details.
There seems to be a lot more German users of RF than here in Australia so hopefully you’ll find a few of them.

This is definitiely something that we could have displayed more prominently in the main RF website! I cannot contribute to the German communities, but I can assure you that me and my colleagues at NiceLabs are working hard on mobilising polish community! We now do monthly meetings, and have launched a new website (NICE LABS – Accelerate Your IT Career with Expert Trainings & Community), where soon more info will be available.
