Hi everyone,

I’d like to share **FreeHIL** , an open-source Hardware-in-the-Loop infrastructure framework designed to bring automated physical test execution to embedded systems using Robot Framework.

While Robot Framework excels at software, web, and API testing, FreeHIL bridges the gap to physical hardware—enabling real-time pin control, signal simulation, and automated physical verification directly within standard `.robot` test suites.
