# Print dialog not able to handle

Could not able to perform action on Cancel or Save button.  
Tried using

Press keys None Esc

Any advise to handle this?

Hi @grarun11

Which Library are you using? Without knowing that no-one can help you, the approach will be different for each Library.

Given the screen shot seems to be Chrome, I’ll guess you might be using Selenium Library? did you try [Handle Alert](https://robotframework.org/SeleniumLibrary/SeleniumLibrary.html#Handle%20Alert)? I’m not sure if that works, I never tested the print dialogue in a browser before.

Handle Alert	DISMISS

```

This is my solution  
Switch Window NEW  
Press Keys None TAB+SPACE  
Switch Window MAIN  
Hope to help you
