# Error: DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist

Dear all,

Could you advice me how can I start my chromium based application with below condition:

1. App: C:\Program Files\ABCApp\ABC\ABC.exe
2. Chrome Driver Version: 120.0.6099.216, store at: C:\bin\chromedriver.exe
3. Remote Debugging Port: [http://127.0.0.1:9222](http://127.0.0.1:9222)

I make a Robot Framwork Code, based on SeleniumLibrary below:

Library SeleniumLibrary

\*\*\* Variables \*\*\*  
${App\_Path} C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Datalogic\\\\Aladdin\\\\Aladdin.exe  
${Debug\_Port} [http://127.0.0.1:9222](http://127.0.0.1:9222)

\*\*\* Test Cases \*\*\*  
Open ABCApp  
Open Browser None Chrome options=binary\_location=“${App\_Path}”;add\_argument(“${Debug\_Port}”)  
Click Element xpath://\*[@id=‘AddBut’]/div[3]/ul/li  
Close Browser

After running above script, I see below error:
